| How long do the effects of the Y Lift ® last? |

| The face continues to age and while the Y Lift ® immediately will take 10-15 years off your appearance, over time the aging effect will continue. The Y Lift ® typically lasts from 14-20 months and it is highly advised that a periodic touch up be done every 9 months to extend the effect. |

| The key to the Y Lift ® is not fillers but the specialized surgical instrument developed by Dr. Trokel. This instrument is inserted beneath the skin to instantly lift the muscles, fascia and fat underlying the skin. It is this adjustment that provides the greatest lift in the face.
A hyaluronic acid filler, a substance that is found naturally in the body, is then used to hold everything and the skin is held in its newly elevated position. |
