Cold laser technology is a very low-powered form of laser-based therapy, a technology that has been extensively studied for the past 40 years. | The Procedure |

| The Zerona provides patients with the unique opportunity to target major problem areas throughout the body, even the more sensitive areas such as the inner thighs, neck, and jaw line. The course of treatment requires a total of 6 individual sessions with a day of rest in between each session, ideally conducted in two weeks time. The treatment is applied to the front side of an area for 20 minutes and then applied to the back side of an area for an additional 20 minutes; for a total treatment time of just 40 minutes. More importantly, the device is unmanned so patients have the luxury of receiving the treatment in a private environment. |

| An initial consultation will be performed by Dr. Trokel to assess each patient's treatment protocol and will continue to monitor the patient's progress after each treatment. Dr. Trokel will advise that patients make the necessary lifestyle changes (i.e. diet, exercise, and adequate hydration) to attain optimal, long-lasting results, in addition to recommended consumption of dietary supplements to assist the flushing out of fat during course of the treatment. |

| The clinical trial appropriately explored and demonstrated that the device is both effective and safe with no downtime and no adverse effects reported. Moreover, from a more global perspective, there have been no recorded side-effects associated with cold laser technology. The reduction in circumferential measurements is attributed to the body's natural mechanisms used to remove and process the fat, and because natural mechanisms are used, absolutely no inflammatory response or swelling event is experienced. Dr. Trokel ensures patients that they will be ready to return to their daily activities immediately following each treatment. |
